 Sponsor Training & Resources First step to becoming a sponsor is taking the e-sponsorship online training. This is mandatory for all sponsors. It will only take you 15 minutes to complete and once completed print two copies of your certificate (keep one copy for your records and give the other to your INTRO Monitor). Keep in mind that the resources found on the e-sponsorship site are not Travis AFB specific; see the items below for a Travis AFB sponsor resources. October 2010 marked a renewed emphasis of the sponsor program here at Travis Air Force Base. View the process flowchart here. Recently, the program was further streamlined. More specifically: Step 1 -- Download a Sponsor Checklist and Newcomer Needs Assessment Step 2 -- Accomplish all pre-arrival actions listed on the checklist Step 3 -- Accomplish all arrival actions listed on the checklist Step 4 -- Accomplish all post-arrival actions listed on the checklist Step 5 -- Accomplish closure actions listed on the checklist Questions?
